The Bessemer Converter

(giclee print)

Mark Brewer’s whimsical illustration, “The Bessemer Converter,” is on display in an exhibition (Drawn To The Summit) at the Andy Warhol Museum in downtown Pittsburgh from September 18th - October 18th, 2009.

"Delegates, protestors and journalists will invade Pittsburgh in September for the Pittsburgh G-20 summit. The cartoons in Drawn to the Summit highlight the work of the leading cartoonists from the G-20 nations and provide an alternative perspective on G-20 themes such as the global economy and its impact on the environment, human rights, world trade, etc."

The original art measures 10"w x 15"h and was produced with pen, ink, watercolor and color pencil.

This giclee print was reproduced directly from the original art using archival inks on a heavy acid free paper.

Each print in this open edition has been signed and numbered in pencil.
